NetSuite Admin Tips: A/R Aging Detail > Computation of Age Column
Some users are reporting that there are miscalculations of age when they try to adjust the As Of Date of the A/R Aging Detail Report.
To avoid confusion, please be guided that the field affecting the Age column of A/R Aging Detail Report is the Age As Of Date field and not the As Of Date. This field can be found when we click on the More hyperlink in the filters section. The Age column in the said Report indicates how many days the transaction is past due, and it is computed from the Due Date field up to the date the Age As Of field is set.

Re: GL Impact screen - Is there a way to easily view the Total Debit / Credit amounts
A few options and 1 comment
1) We needed to see the item being referenced as it related to the GL Impact so we created a new Sublist Item to display on a tab of specific transactions (Invoice/Item Fulfillment/Item Receipts) that basically replicates the GL Impact with additional information.
2) You also can use the GL Impact Print function (new about 3 releases ago) which happens to include the total
Lastly, NetSuite can NEVER create a transaction that does not balance and be saved
Re: Terms not populating on sales order
Hello @Martha Hakes,
Good day! ?
As per my understanding, there was Terms set up on your Customer record; however, when you created a Sales Order, the Terms did not auto populate.
Confirm if the Customer has a default Credit Card. The system is designed to think that when a Credit Card is used, the Sale is automatically a Cash Sale. Kindly uncheck the Default checkbox on the Customer's Credit Card and try to create a Sales Order again and see if the Terms will auto populate.
I hope this helps and will work on your end. Thank you! ?

NSC | SuiteFlow (Workflow Mgr) Tip:Access Workflow Fields under the same Server Trigger they are set
It is a best practice to access the value of workflow custom fields on the same server trigger where it was set. Otherwise, a loss of value may occur.
For instance, a workflow field set on the Before Record Load trigger must be accessed on Before Record Load as well to get the value that was set on that field.
Accessing the workflow field on a different server trigger will return a null value.

Hello, Just wanted to add I was able to get similar results by using a <p> tag in a formula (Text) search results. The below allowed me to highlight one column only.
