Our team is already aware of the issue, which is filed under Issue 762857 system.netsuite.com > Click Login > Goes to White Screen, we are actively working on a fix. For now, use the URL https://XXXXX.app.netsuite.com/app/center/card.nl?sc=-29&whence= to login.

Hello there, apologies, there was some traffic between myself and our Finance team in the meantime, they're happy with a report they already have and just needed the trigger setting up, but they have me a bit mystified as i'm not sure how they're getting the pending billing on all items on a report that isn't working from line level, so i think i'll build the one you've suggested and suggest to them that this one will work more accurately, thanks for your help.

I check status.netsuite.com already but I find that is not always accurate. I also had created a support ticket before I posted here. I always post on here to see if we are the only ones or if its wide spread.

Yes, we have a couple of users who cannot log in either.

@User_FRN1A If those fields are customized, please ensure that the 'STORE VALUE' and 'GLOBAL SEARCH' checkboxes are enabled.
