Re: User needs to re-enter order because save is not successful
Hi @User_DVN9V,
There's a possibility that a Client Script with a validateLine() and/or saveRecord() function has been deployed in your account which runs everytime a user clicks the Add Button or Save Button.
Both validateLine() and saveRecord() functions returns a boolean value which could prevent a user from adding a new line or saving a record. It is also possible that a certain script's execution is very slow.
References:
- Help Center : validateLine(scriptContext)
- Help Center: saveRecord(scriptContext)
I suggest you to confirm if there are Client Scripts deployed in the record type you are having trouble with.
Hope this helps.
Re: Search: Work Order with Components
I recently wrote an article explaining this behavior:
Custom line field is currently the only way to show assembly item in another column.
Again, if you need further assistance on your search, I suggest that you post a new question here in the community.
Re: How to change code 5220 into code 5200 in NACHA file
Hey Rob,
You can probably change this by using a custom payment file template.
They are not too difficult to edit.
Re: How to Transaction Field to Saved Search Results for Custom Record?
Hi @Richard Appleford OB In the 'Funding Record' Search, kindly search for Opportunity joint fields…, where the opportunity record has the List/Record field of Funding Records, and the field is recorded as a parent.
Could you kindly share a screenshot of the Opportunity record demonstrating how it links with the custom record, as well as a screenshot of the custom record itself?
