Re: CSV Import Templates - Did you know?
@Angela Bayliss thanks for confirming this,
as I checked, SuiteSucces has not been included in our account,
thanks for your suggestion, that's what we have been doing, export to CSV the result of the list/saved search and use it as a CSV template.
Regards.
Re: Customer has unbilled orders value but nothing outstanding when searching
OK thanks, there is nothing there, I will log a ticket with Netsuite
Send scheduled report to email not in NetSuite
I am trying to schedule a report and send it to specific email addresses. They are not an entity in NetSuite. I used to be able to just enter an email in the "email address" field under Copy Others on the Scheduled Report page. However, that field is now greyed out and I have to select a vendor, customer, employee, etc from a dropdown list. Why did it suddenly become greyed out?
Re: Encryption with ECB cipher Mode
Regrettably, it appears that the ECB cipher is not featured in the documentation. Consequently, it seems that it is not supported, as our reliance is solely on the documentation provided.

Anyone from the community who might had the same need and happen to know of an alternate solution to this? Any insights you can provide would be highly appreciated.
Re: How to create a new Set Field Value using a custom field on workflow
Thanks, @Ken Davies !
Testing on my account as well. :)
Re: Okta -> Netsuite provisioning
If they already have users using NetSuite with Okta, the setup has already been completed. FYI.

Re: Custom forms and sublist fields: switch forms, lose line-level data?
Shenanigans- I love it!
You can also inactivate any forms that you don't want anyone to use, to prevent 'shenanigans'.
Good luck!

Re: Okta -> Netsuite provisioning
Creating a support case, meeting with OKTA and talking with everyone will not negate the need to create the employee in NetSuite and provision them with a role.
You cannot provision a new NetSuite user via OKTA. Its not possible to do. My current client uses OKTA, and I've been through this numerous times recently. I am absolutely certain of this.

Re: Okta -> Netsuite provisioning
You will not be able to provision access to NetSuite directly from Okta. You will have to actually log into NetSuite and create an employee, assign them a role with SAML (roles should have this enabled if they are using OKTA).
