Re: SuiteScript - How do I iterate and get serial numbers in the item detail from an Item Receipt?
Thanks for clearing that up, and sorry for the misinformation. Indeed, the inventory number is located within the inventory details, as indicated in the records browser.
Additionally, could you please attempt to mimic this simple script initially, and add the 'issueinventorynumber' field if we are able to obtain the serial numbers? See Set the Value of the Inventory Status on the Inventory Detail for an Item Receipt Item via Script
Re: Reversal Date is in a Closed Accounting Period
Hi @Kedalene, on the Manage Accounting Periods page, you can check if you have accounting books and calendar to choose from. You can select one by one to see if the period is open for posting:
Hope this clarifies. Thank you!

Re: Webstore Orders :Invalid tax amount in purchase card level2 data
Richard,
I created a support ticket on May 3rd, but I wanted to see if anyone else is having this issue. Netsuite, Soulpay and Avalara have all been involved in trying to figure out the error.
Thanks
Re: Resource Allocation Planning/Allocation and Chart
You can import Resource Allocations in bulk via Setup → Import/Export → Import CSV Records → Activities → Resource Allocation
Required resource allocation fields are: Resource, Customer:Project, Allocate, Allocation Type, Start Date, and End Date. These will be the columns on the CSV Import Template.
Re: Resource Allocation Planning/Allocation and Chart
Hey @Kim Turner,
NetSuite isn't automatically blocking "holidays" when employees enter time, as there can be variances between different states/provinces and companies in the same country.
For the Resource Allocation issue that you have, there are a few workarounds.
For example, you can import all "holiday/absent" allocations for all employees ahead of time regularly (e.g., once a quarter).
Another option is to create a library of all company-approved holidays and create an automation to automatically update Time Entries and Allocations accordingly.
Re: Do Not Commit > Back ordered
Hi @User_KYVAD,
Upon checking, this is the standard behavior wherein if the Default Commit Option on Sales Order is set to 'Do Not Commit', quantities in the line item are not automatically committed and will reflect as back-ordered quantities in the item record.
Currently, there is no functionality to select Do Not Commit without resulting in Back Ordered quantities.
Moreover, you can remove the quantities from the back ordered column by changing the commit option on the line item level to 'Available Qty' or through committing the orders under Transaction > Inventory > Commit Orders.
I hope this clarifies your concern! 😊

Re: Reversal JE Defer Entry
Hi @Kedalene
Am I correct that you have posted this initial journal with a reversal date of 1/4/2023 but the reversal is posted on the same day you posted the initial journal?
I am thinking this could be caused by the reversal date being in the past. You did the correct thing checking the Defer Entry field. Could you try posting the same journal in your sandbox but with a reversal date int he future of the day you post.
