Re: Seeking Advise on Microsoft Outlook/NetSuite Integrations
This is so helpful!!
We do push for utilizing NetSuite as much as possible for communication. As you know organization behavioral change is hard.
Celigo is one of the apps we look at. Glad to know that it works well for you.
Thank you so much!
Re: Seeking Advise on Microsoft Outlook/NetSuite Integrations
Hello,
Outlook integration with NetSuite is free - it's available in all accounts. There are MANY third party options you can choose from, including a custom solution. If you might clarify your question to specify what email provider you are currently using, that might help?

Hello @MTL_MIA,
Looks like this is best answered by our community members. Tagging some of them here:

Hello everyone, can anyone recommend a good third-party integration application and provide its approximate cost?
Thank you!
Re: Billing Operations Failure - SuiteBilling "You cannot edit charge lines on invoices, cash sales...
Elychelle,
Thank you for your reply. Answer to your questions below:
Screen Fields:
- Recurring Billing - Yes
- Billing Account - Yes
Sublist Fields:
- Subscription - Yes
- Charge Type - Yes
- Subscription Line - No
- Charges - Yes
Another thing is I am only getting this failure message if I run the billing operation and select a Customer/Group. While continuing to investigate this I ran the billing operations for All Customers with the Next Bill Cycle Date on he billing account and it generated the invoices with no failure messages.
I tested it again for the Next Bill Cycle Date. Selected a Customer/Group got the failure message. Selected All Customers and the invoices generated with no failures.
I have no idea why this is the case maybe this additional information will help with coming up with an answer.
Thanks again😁
Re: Resource Allocation - CSV Upload Template Assistance
Hello @JLL,
Since you are updating, I assume that you already have the current Resource Allocations for that project.
One of the easy way to identify such Resource Allocations, you can create a Saved Search to view the Internal Id and dates.
Here's how:
1.) Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
2.) In the Criteria, you can add:
The Resource Name
The Start Date
3.) In the results tab, you can add the Internal Id as reference for your existing Resource Allocation:
4.) Save and run
Each resource allocation has its own unique internal id and project.
I hope this helps 🙂
Re: What detemines the values shown on a Project P&L subtab?
That was it. The item was incorrectly initially created as Service, although it is not Service. Thanks.
