Re: Why does a Sandbox refresh create a different url for a media items?
Hi @Lewalsh11741 ,
Indeed, the links will be different for Sandbox than for Production, just not to confuse the environment when working with them.
An enhancement request is logged under #216489 Sandbox: Setup > be able to retain the sandbox URLs after the sandbox refresh . I hope you spare some time to vote for the enhancement in SuiteIdeas so we can raise the number of votes it has.
Re: How to apply credit memo from parent to child?
Another way that I found could work is to pay through the parent for the child using Accept customer payment page. I can see all the transactions of the child / sub-customer and also apply the parent's credit memo or even customer deposit.

Re: Sourcing CreatedFrom from the Main line into Transaction lines
Hello @Luis G,
I've tested your concern in our test account, and the standard behavior of the system is that when Main Line = F, no value will be pulled up for the Created From field on the Work Order. Main Line refers to the Header section where fields like Name, Date, Memo, Created From, etc. are located. It is in the upper section of the form or simply at the top of the Tabs. When Main Line = T, the Line Item Information are hidden and the search only pulls up the main line header information. Meanwhile, when Main Line = F, Line Item Information will show. Hence, the behavior.
Your desired result maybe possible with a custom field and a workflow. I've consulted this with our SuiteBuilder Team. However, this will require a complex solution. We suggest discussing your technical specifications with your in-house developer. Alternatively, you can engage our Professional Services or Advanced Customer Support Teams via your Account Manager so that they may help in developing your custom solution.
Thank you for your understanding.
To other community members, please share your insights if you have the same requirement before and was able to come up with a solution :)

Re: Possible to associate multiple work orders to one sales order?
If you only recently enabled advanced bill of materials, a lot of what is included in this thread won't make sense to you.
At a high level, when advanced BOMS is enabled, for all assembly items:
You will need to create new Bill of Material records. (this is nothing more than a record attaching the next one to the assembly record. Think of it as an 'attaching' record) (Created at lists>supply chain> Bill of Materials)
You will need to create new Bill of Materials revisions. (On the new bill of materials, click 'create new revision')
The revision is where you choose your 'source' of work order for sub assemblies. Once you have completed adding all components to the revision, save the record.
Navigate back to the assembly item this BOM & Revision will be used on, click edit, and select the BOM under the manufacturing tab. It's not clear that you must create the BOM independently of the item and then go back and attach it to the assembly. However, this is the process.
Understanding the basics of advanced BOMS should help you as you configure the sandbox to upgrade your items to having advanced BOMS.
I hope this helps.

Re: GL Plug in Transaction Saved Search
@Richard James Uri-Oracle - TY for your response. I did find the Custom GL Plug in table in saved searches. This actually pulled the data I needed.
