Per checking, we have a SuiteAnswers article that provides the steps on how to create a saved search showing open Accounts Receivable transactions divided into different age columns. This could be helpful to you. If you want to only show Invoices, you may perhaps add another criteria Type = is Invoice.

Please allow our gurus/members to look into this and update you for any findings. Meanwhile, make sure:
- to clear the browser's history (including cache and cookies)
-to check another browser to see if the issue persists
-to check one of your other roles (to see if this happens with other roles you have) and
-also to check with other users in your company to see if they encounter the same issue
Was it performed any change on your account recently (maybe an upgrade or some other administrator changed some dashboards)?

For the first question, I believe you can set up 10-123000, 20-123000, and 30-123000 as subaccounts of 123000. You can also define the department, class, and location as well when the new G/L account is created. See below screenshot.
I don't quite get the second question. What are "these accounts"? Each G/L account can only be associated with one type, so I would venture out to say no, an G/L account can not be simultaneously an asset account and an income account. I'm curious to find out why your accounting department asked the question, and what would be the use case for that.

The automated selection of the Departments and Classes on transactions can be done via script/customization. The "depending on which department instigated the transaction" is a generic statement, and you would need to define all specific use cases. For example, should you look at the transaction creator's User Role or other criteria to identify the "instigator's department"?
Are you using the ARM/RevRec module? Every sales item should have an Income account defined. With the RevRec module (provided the Direct Posting isn't checked on the item), the initial GL impact will be on Deferred Revenue on the Balance sheet, and only after the RevRec Journal will the GL impact hit the Income Account.

According to our engineers, there seems to be an issue with paginated searching and custom IDs that have lowercase letters (such as sc00643).
Though this issue is not caused by FAM itself, rather with the search module from SuiteScript.
Please try renaming one Asset to uppercase, such as "sc00643" to “SC00643” and then check if this will appear in the results.
I tested and this did not resolve the issue. I provided my test results and they are continuing to investigate.
If they had your example as well, they may be able to pinpoint & resolve the issue.
