Re: Looking to build a report that tells me how many Sales Orders were approved on a given day.
Hi,
Instead of using a transaction saved search, opt for the "System Note" saved search to count the number of sales order records transitioning from Pending Approval to any alternative status (such as Pending Fulfillment or Pending Bill), with the flexibility to include a date filter as per your specifications. Below are the screenshots for the same adjust the search based on your requirement….
I hope i resolved your query… Should you find it satisfactory, I await for your comment or reaction 🙂
Re: Is it possible to disable the Credit Card Payment Method at Checkout (SuiteCommerce Advanced)?
@MTL_MIA's suggestion is also possible. You may use custom HTML codes using CMS_HTML and apply it on "All Pages" content boxes on the site to ensure that the checkout page will also be affected.

Re: Is it possible to disable the Credit Card Payment Method at Checkout (SuiteCommerce Advanced)?
Hello @User_18STD ,
A solution might be to use CMS tool to deploy a html code to simply hide the credit card payment option. Please note that this is NOT to disable the credit card payment option.
Re: Sublists on "Custom" subtab of transaction forms not configurable
Grace,
I only provided one screenshot of an entity entry form (the first screenshot) and it does not include any references to Main, Accounting, … I'm not sure what you are looking at.
You can close the discussion.
Thank you,
Scott

Re: Item Fulfillment Number in Invoice - Transaction Line Field
We have decided to split your last comment from the old question and create a new question for it so our gurus and members can better understand and contribute their insights to your question.
As for this as well, I have tested this on my end and unfortunately, this solution does not work at a line level because when creating a new Custom Transaction Line Field, there is no "SEARCH" under the Validation & Defaulting subtab.
A solution that may help is to use a workflow for the saved search (internal ID of item fulfillment) to be assigned to the line item level.
For this, we recommend that you reach out to your Account Manager as this may be consulted for customization with the Professional Services team/Advanced Customer Support team.
If you found this helpful, please consider clicking "Yes" on "Did this answer the question?". It's a quick and easy way to help others with the same question find the answer quickly. Plus, you'll earn points and unlock the Answer Accepter badge.
Thanks! 🙂
Re: Nav buttons need to be pressed Twice
Hello @Dext3r,
I would like to follow up on this thread. Just checking if you were able to see my previous comment. This issue to press multiple times a navigation bar cannot be replicated in my test account and looks more like a browser cache issue. Do you still encounter this problem? Best regards.
Re: Nav buttons need to be pressed Twice
Did you tried with other browsers?
If you're still encountering the problem after switching browsers and attempting the same navigation, it's a good idea to check with other active Netsuite users to see if they're facing similar issues. If the problem persists for others, it's then recommended to reach out to Netsuite support for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or insights into the issue.
Re: SFTP Inbound Configuration
Usually, configuration for this type of file transfer includes more than a single folder. When a file is added to the 'integration' folder, once it is transferred, the file moves to the second 'integrated' folder.
Alternatively, you might be able to mark the files to migrate by date created. (Not sure if you can filter these, but worth a try). If the integration only migrates files created in the integration folder with a date of {today}, and runs once daily, you may be able to update the integration to only pass the files loaded each day.
Make Sense?
