Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle , This could be a good idea, but I wonder how this will be reflected on the transaction ? if I'll create a quotation to the wholesaler, how can I link it to the sub-customer ? the sales order and activities need to be done under the name of the wholesaler not the Subcustomer. what do you think ?

Hi @Jeff Pineda-Oracle this makes more sense now, I will try it on the item record and I will use the internal ID for category, what if I keep the category filed in the CSV file empty will this remove the item from the category if it has one category or two ? Hi @Jeff Pineda-Oracle , sorry to bother you, I just need a clarification about your sentence: If you want to remove all the items under that category, you can just upload a blank CSV file. what would be the CSV look like, totally empty ? no columns or values ? plus I don't know how to get the external ID for the site…

Hello @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle and @Tafara I have more than 40K items, which will be a large CSV file, if I need to split it to small files it will take a long time, hence I was trying to avoid this option, Mass update option looks promising, I would appreciate any guidance in this matter.
