Use the save & e-mail button when creating? Once you use that button, it is "sticky" and is the default save button on the form. We can't store information for free. Either it is stored on our general use production servers, or for a (probably significantly) lower cost it can be stored on sandbox. Not sure there is an easy answer, but I went on a mission and cleaned up all saved searches as well as reports. I sent out an e-mail to all the owners of the searches and reports, and notified them that in one week, all would be deleted unless they notified me of the ones still in use. Ian, this is so OT it isnt' funny. However, those PDF's should not be undervalued for those of us non technical people. To answer your question, yes, I saved them, and even printed them, and found them vey helpful. But then again, I have said many times, I need all of the help I can get.
