Hi Shaun: I tested it on my demo account and allowed me to save a long name...no problem. Are you cutting and pasting from another document?

"Quick Add" has never been checked for this particular field when you 'customize' the case form in question....... Hi Inanji - in your case you are using a custom record (as a list) to source to the case form. To do this you must have created a CRM field, and then sourced the record/list to show in the case. Try editing…

Go to the customer record and click "Customize". Next to the custom record you will see "Show", "Quick Add" and "Mandatory" - uncheck "Quick Add" - this should solve your problem. Let me know. Thanks

I will vote for the enhancement too. Shill, we've recommended our clients to enter multiple bills with different dates so no manual work necessary. Make sure that the first bill has the total amount in the memo so you know that its payable in parts. Important thing to remember here is that all the bills need to be posted…

Hey Lisa: You can only use "Service Items" while entering time - Run "Unbilled Time by Customer Detail" and you should be able to see the "Rate', "Time" and "Amount" columns.

Yup! that can mess up the inventory quite nicely :( - don't forget Credit Memos and Receiving Return Authorizations

Hi Peter: Yes it does. If you initiate the refund from the cash sale, the items automatically ports over from the cash sale and puts it back in stock. Thanks Vijay

Erik: One workaround is to create a new payment method called "Credit Card - External". Make sure you don't check the "Credit Card" check box. This way when you accept payment, you choose this payment method and save. Hope this helps.

Frank - to answer your question, in order to post your transaction to a deferred account, you do need an advance module called "Revenue Recognition" module. An expensive option. Recommended only if you are constantly needed to make JEs to recognize revenue. This automates the process. I like fredpope's approach on creating…

Hi Asher: Reporting on events is definitely challenging in NetSuite. You can certainly use saved searches (and set alerts) to achieve what you need. We have built a custom "Event Management" solution for several clients - check out http://www.sererra.com/netsuiteeventmanagement - Happy to help if you need any pointers.…

Clearly sounds like a bug. I tested it and worked fine on my demo account. Could be account specific.

Not entirely convinced that this is a better solution, but I thought i'd throw it out anyway. It does involve some extra steps though. First create a Prospect "ABC Inc." - status is Prospect Then create a sub customer called "Sample" - Status at this point is also Prospect. Create a Sales Order under the sub customer…

Hi Steven Sererra has been a Netsuite partner since 2002 and have built several websites. We would be happy to help.

You can create a webstore tab that is restricted by audience, if that helps... Setting the audience on the tab would definitely solve the problem of the items displayed to the customer...not sure if that would help with unique pricing though...don't think you can get away from using price levels if you want to use the same…

Hi Bushra You should be able to. On the items that do not require real time shipping, keep the weight blank and enter the "Shipping Cost". This should override the real time cost calculation. Let me know... Thanks

We have the same problem with respect to Picking Tickets. If the customer ordered 3 units and we have previously delivered 2, we are looking to print a picking ticket showing the remaining 1 unit. Unfortunately, the Picking tickets print showing all 3 units, without mention of previous fulfillment. Frank - there's an…

Case number is 945017, thanks. Thanks blitzport! Is anyone else having the same problems?
-
Faye - do you have the case #? Thanks!

I was actually presently surprised to get the "5 question" phone call last week - the lady on the other side was pleasant and got to the questions quickly. Short and sweet. I think it's a great idea - Good going NetSuite!
