Evan, We tried the search as described and it left out inventory with no sales / fulfillments. Called customer support and they said there was no way to include items with no sales / fulfillments in a report or search of items which have not sold in a certain time frame. We are removing employee addresses, phone numbers, etc. from NetSuite due to this feature which can't be turned off. If you hover over Created By, for example, it displays employee personal information. :h_a_w:

We ask for a delay of our upgrade as well. We have found many critical issues, some have been fixed, some are still outstanding. I've seen this happen to our customers on checkout when they select No to accept the SSL certificate. I don't have the exact message. If they select Yes all is well.

We are half way through our preview period and still cannot use the preview account. The way cases are progressing right now our preview account will be shut down before fixes are released at which point we will not be able to test or train users until we go live.

Brian, With the testing we have done and the slow reponses from NetSuite, this release needs to be sent back to QA and postpone 2010.2 until issues are corrected. As I understand it now the train is at max speed cannot be stopped. Steve

That looks like the same issue we were having. The fix was rolled into our beta account and we were able to confirm the correction. Our beta account is now offline and our production account is scheduled for this Friday night / Saturday morning.

Yes we are finding issues. I will be posting them. I hope we are never lucky enough to be the first. I have requested postponing our upgrade to 2009.2 until some of the issues are corrected as they are not a problem in 2009.1 but, have been told this is not possible. Yes, I have opened a case as well # 2171157. On Hand and Available Qty values in searches are reporting null values for every item. Been in the call queue with Support for 25 minutes now. Have yet to speak to someone in that area.

We opened a performance case after our upgrade and have been supplying PET captures. System2 is no better for us. We also have timeouts with page not found messages for normal functions.

We cleaned up all of the test customer records which were created by one of our 3rd party developers last week. This morning we started receiving the messages again yet there is nothing in our database with that email address and there has never been an employee using test@test.com.
