I’m excited to announce that Oracle has been named a Leader in the 2024 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Analytics and Business Intelligence Platforms. And I want to thank our community for making it happen. I believe this is a testimony to the determination, dedication, and success of our customers and partners.
Five years ago, Oracle Executive Vice President T.K. Anand announced a new vision for Oracle Analytics at the inaugural Oracle Analytics Summit in 2019. This is when our transformation together began. We made a commitment to you, and you put your trust in us, and we can’t thank you enough for joining us on this journey to better business outcomes.
I’d like to congratulate all our customers on the successful outcomes they’ve achieved with Oracle Analytics. We are honored to work with you and applaud the impact you are achieving using our offerings. You bring the bits to life and translate the features into business results and organizational outcomes. You drive financial gains, reduce risks, capitalize on opportunities, better serve your customers and communities – and we’re proud to do our part in making that happen.
Congratulations to our partners who have invested their time and energy to implement winning solutions with our customers. We appreciate your commitment to competency and customer success, and your partnership with Oracle Analytics through thick and thin. Whether celebrating our successes or tackling complex challenges together, our partnership ensures our customers see value and achieve outstanding outcomes.
And we applaud the industry analysts who cover the data and analytics market – for recognizing our community and the success they’ve achieved. You’ve acknowledged them with awards, interviewed them for insights, and validated their work and investments in an industry leading platform.
Lastly, but not least, I’d like to thank the Oracle teams that serve these communities. We have been steadfast on this journey together with a dedicated focus to improve the experience for customers and partners and ensure their success. We’ve developed successful new practices, programs, processes, and habits, and collaborated to deliver a winning experience for our community. It’s been a ton of work, but well worth it!
Our compliments to the Oracle Analytics community, and a hearty thank you to Gartner for the recognition. You can learn more about our perspective on this recognition here.
In our opinion, we have not reached a destination but instead have affirmed that our service to our community and the practices we’re employing are working, and we will continue to improve. We’re excited to share the next stage of our journey at Oracle Cloud World 2024 in Las Vegas in September. Look forward to seeing you there!
Onward and upward,
Joey
