Re: Transactions to be reconciled don't show up
Don't feel like an idiot. All of us are learning different pieces and modules of NetSuite all the time. At least you have an easy fix!
Have a great day.

Re: Analytics: Last Invoiced date on Purchase Order
Hi @gfriedman,
I hope you are doing well.
Based on your statement, I assume that you have Purchases with multiple Invoices against different dates.
For example, my dataset below shows 2 dates for the Bills created for Purchase Order #53
Note: I got the the dates in Related Transactions - Next > Transaction
If you already have the correct dataset, let's now create the workbook.
1.) Click Create New Workbook on the Dataset
2.) Select Pivot
3.) Drag the Purchase Order Document Number as Rows
4.) Drag Bill Date to Measures and set it to Max
4.) Refresh the data
You should be able to see the most latest date of billing.
I hope this helps! 🙂

Re: Transactions to be reconciled don't show up
I feel like such an idiot!! I forgot about the submit button.🤦 You would think after five months, I'd get it by now.
Thank you all for jogging my memory!
Re: How to add Discount Item to Saved Search Result?
Hello @User_4FS3T,
Under the Criteria tab of your Saved Search, kindly add the filter Item On Any Line then select the Free Sample Discount Item you are referring to.
I hope this helps and is feasible on your end. Thank you! 😊

Re: Edit the html page of external case form
Veronica Steluta Mincior-Oracle Apologies for the delay. I'll need to make some edits to the HTML to enhance styling and ensure responsiveness, especially for mobile users. This involves modifying the entire HTML and CSS code of the form
Re: Looking to build a report that tells me how many Sales Orders were approved on a given day.
@Veronica I noticed Midhun's response, and I approached the task differently by utilizing the "system note" saved search. In contrast, Midhun employed a formula that incorporated the "system notes" as a field, which appears to be a more effective approach. It's great to learn something new. Thank you for sharing this insight!
Re: Deleting Rejected Bookings
hi Angela: this is in Openair, not Netsuite but thank you!
