You cannot edit the Workflows which are locked. Create a new workflow, and set the limits, you can give the workflow condition that can go directly to the second Approver.

- Restocking the Material:
- The received quantity is added to your inventory.
- The cost of the received items is debited to an inventory account
- A credit is made to an account reflecting the cost source
- Unchecking the Restock Box:
- The received quantity is not added to your inventory.
- There's typically no impact on your GL accounts, as the system doesn't recognize it as an inventory transaction.
This is completely normal behavior. Hope this clarify you

Hello there, as of the moment this is logged as an enhancement and is documented in 527102 Transactions > Bank > Reconcile Account Statement > Confirm Transaction Matches > Add New Charge/ Add New Deposit > Account > Show all Accounts in the Chart of Accounts. Open employee record under Human resources subtab you have sales rep check box field please uncheck the check box.
By that we can remove sales rep from the list.
