Andrew, If, by chance, the actual count was saved inexcel format, pull a physical inventor worksheet dated the day after the inventory adjustment worksheets, compare them, and the corrupted ones should jump out at you.

Ken, Is there at least a way to reset the negative on order quantity back to zero? If so, we can a)fix those manually, and b) deal with the other variences in on hand quantity when they come up.
