Hi Angela, When case 593385 was filed, the account was on 11.0.6. Are you describing the same problem as in that case or are you seeing a new problem as a result of this account being upgraded to 2007.0 on Friday? Thanks Ken If this account was upgraded on friday, then I would presume that the problem existed previously.…

Andrew, If, by chance, the actual count was saved inexcel format, pull a physical inventor worksheet dated the day after the inventory adjustment worksheets, compare them, and the corrupted ones should jump out at you.
-
Ken, Is there at least a way to reset the negative on order quantity back to zero? If so, we can a)fix those manually, and b) deal with the other variences in on hand quantity when they come up.
-
ROFL- don't they just rock sometimes??? glad to hear it's fixed!
-
Ken, A handy little tidbit of information to know-even though there are several locations, only one had a physical count done.
-
Is there any way I can find out if anyone is doing anything about this? I am tying to hold of calling support for an update, but not hearing anything is concerning me.
-
Thanks, Andrew, but that was one of the first things I tried. I am beating myself up here, as I can't believe I didn't catch this before the upgrade. The original reported problem was the on order quantities, so it wasn't until yesterday morning that this jumped out at me. I can't be certain what version did this, thats a…

ahh, then my apologies. I misunderstood your intent. I do believe he is one and the same. 'Our' Evan is also the CTO. He is also a human, who tries to see his baby through our eyes, (at least I think thats what he is doing) I hope they don't delete your post, as I may have overreacted a bit- it is a valid question, and…

Just wondering if anyone else here has read this article - NetSuite IPO Filing Reveals Vulnerabilities. Here's one thing (if it's true) that's mentioned in the article that concerns me, "Perhaps the biggest concern: NetSuite supports all of its 5,300 customers on one data center, and that data center sits atop a…

Hi Mark, Yes, many of us are familiar with expense reporting. I am a bit confused as to what your actual questions are, however. Tracking employee travel time as well as reimbursable expenses involves a bit more than simple expense reports. What is it, specifically, that is creating a challenge?

Good Morning Michael, Is there someone who can give me a call this morning. I am looking at this system, and I am highly concerned about what I am seeing. If I should call in, not a problem, just give me a direction to go, and I am there. Edit- I am on hold in the queue in regards to this.
-
Mine says 'Check' Sion. Do I dare make a joke about how you misspell check to begin with? Maybe they should change it to 'Correct spelling in text area as you type' :D

Even a large earthquake could not take out our data center. A nuke could do it. However all data is moved off site daily so even in that case we could recover in a matter of days. However, if the nuke also takes out the entire NetSuite headquarters including me, I have to tell you, all bets are off! It might be at least a…

OK, perhaps I am misunderstanding something here, but I have left messages with support yesterday, and many times previously, regarding this issue. I saw the attempts made to fix this, and I see that the on order quantities look better. However, the on order quantities were not an actual S1 level, the on hand quantities…

I think they must've done the equivalent of 'Find and Replace all' on the word check in the UK version and just went toooo far!! I can't wait for NetSuite to release the ESP module... Apparently, it just knows what you want to type... However, it needs to be used in conjunction with the Discretion module which will filter…

Basil, How is it that you describe a loan to a board member as "strange"? It is not atypical at all for exec's to be given loans from their company, it is also considered an asset on the books, as well as public information. The very fact that it is public should tell you that it is not unusual, and for the record, it…

I was last week, however, I have now taken a step back, as my test account is on 11.0.6. When I do a query out of 11.0.6, the data comes over incomplete, and in an entirely different format. for example, an inventory activity report in NS shows : Inventory Item #88 51 Total - #88 51 #94 300 Total - #94 300 00-02 Tiburon…

To the person who sent out the email campaign to User Group members... In the interest of giving you a chance to be heard, or explain further, or apologize, and/or to correct any possible misconceptions, I hope you will reply to the posts in this forum....particularly on the question of where your mailing list came from.…

ok, Cecelia, Andrew, I have to eat some crow here. I was trying to be nice, and give the poor soul a break, as I thought he realized how badly he had disrespected those of us within this community. Not only was I mistaken, it appears in his communication to me that he is fighting legally for the right to continue it. So, I…

ahh, Ray, it seems, and this is my perception only of the limited communications I have had, that the individual in question feels that I had no right to be miffed. He also believes that his contract with NS disallows his direct marketing to the user group to only Australia and one other country I can't think of at the…

or at least do their homework, so they dont look like an idiot. hey, I went back and clicked on the "contact us" link, and it said- ready for this???? REQUEST CONTACT - NetSuite User Group- they even used it to name the mass marketing. Is this within the rules, oh NS gods?
-
I got it this morning, awesome article. Thanks!
-
I removed all doubt a long time ago! glad to hear it, Wiz, I have never been one to shy away from giving confirmation :D
-
thanks, Cecelia, although, I would consider it almost a personal favor if you pull the poor souls company name down, methinks the guy is having a very bad day. I nailed him, even though I didn't describe it in detail. Perhaps I should. I am kind of tickled to say the least, so I should share. I also made a complaint to the…

What are the rules for spam? per line C in the rules: unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail”, “spam”, “chain letters”, “pyramid schemes” or any other solicitation to other Users not sure what the penalty is. Just know you aren't supposed to do it.

Love it. Thanks Wiz. :D IMHO, looks like Wiz has been nipping at his inventory again
-
That explains why you are still allowed to post :p so much for playing nice on the playground. (although, I did lob you a softball, and knew you may go and hit it out of the park) and ....so much for feeling validated ;) Thanks, Cecelia. I owe you one.
