Hi Bill, Where and when did you hear and confirm that NetSuite will discontinuing XML?
-
Just out of curiosity, why would someone find the need to migrate from one NS account to another? What is wrong with the first one and better with the second? Also, what do you mean by "new" and "old"? NS has "newer" accounts?
-
I'd like to know too!

Thanks Evan!

Thanks Paul. Are you referring to the Shopping Cart page or the checkout pages or ALL the pages on the site? Can this be also detected from viewing the Source Code?
-
Our issue seems to be we cannot add items to the cart using Safari on iPhone. The desktop version of Safari works.
-
Paul, We had the same issue as Issue #1 and NetSuite support talked to our customers and it was due to an issue with DoNotTrack browser plugin they had. However, we are still getting this issue and this may be part of it. Can you PLEASE elaborate as to what areas of the page you found the relative vs. direct lines to be an…

Interesting. Did any of you guys open a case with NetSuite? If so, what did the investigation reveal?
-
We have the same issue. We filed a defect too.
-
Our issue is similar. Customer's cart "QTY" is not being passed over to PayPal. So if a customer is ordering a QTY of 3, PayPal shows it as 1.
-
Has this been resolved?
-
We had an unusual slower day today too and we are hosted by Yahoo domains.
-
How was it resolved?
-
We have not reports of such but again, most customers don't take the time to do so. Nut we have seen a slowdown in sales the last few weeks.
-
A customer emailed us today: “your checkout isnt working, i tried 5 times to pay with paypal but it takes me right back to checkout page,” NetSuite, what is being done about this? I have a case open.
-
We had the same issue as well - "Additionally have had another customer today report that he cannot get to the check out at all. System just keeps bringing him back to his cart."
-
It seems like there is a "defect". As per NetSuite: "Defect #- 227946 SUMMARY: Web Store > Proceed to Checkout intermittently not working Alternate Solution: None Your defect has been prioritized as an S2 " This "defect" also included the customer clicking the PayPal and Google Checkout buttons too. You should call support…

Interesting. Didn't see it by us.
-
It doesn't seem down by us.
-
Lately, I find NS to be really good with S1 and some S2. Keep up the nice work!

We have the same issues. Our sales are still going through with no payment and getting a status of Pending Fulfillment. I filed a case with NetSuite support (Case # 1248348). They updated me the following: "Our Operations team are currently working on our site-wide performance issue. There is no ETA yet but rest-assured…

Hi Santiago, What specifically is Defect 189358? We over the last month we've seen tremendous slowness. Customers are complaining. When the website works speedily we get orders, when it slows down to what customers call a crawl our orders pretty much stop coming in. This is hurting our overall business. Let me know what…

I had the same issue. I erased my cache and all seemed to work well.
-
Hi Refurb, I tired it on my PC machine using FireFox and it seems to work just fine.
-
This seems to be an interesting issue. When did this occur, after enabling it?
-
I thought we cannot use our own SSL with NetSuite? Someone please clarify. Thanks
-
We are down agian! I thought NetSuite fixed the issue yesterday.
