s nobody know how advanced billing works with advanced receiving, eh?
-
Go Figure, I can't reproduce this now, either. Seems to have just been a fluke. Works like a charm now, thanks.
-
Advanced Billing, Receiving, and Shipping are all available together in 2007.0. Not sure about turning them off after they have been used. Thanks, -e Someone may want to let your gold support know this. He led me specifically to believe these would not work together. Guess it's not too surprising that nobody knows what…

You Canadians have zip codes? lol- sorry, couldn't resist after reading your purpose for printing off the pdf's...;)
-
Wow, I have been so out of the loop it isn't funny. This is amazing. Thanks, you guys for getting us the details, I look forward to hearing the details...:D
-
ahh, good to know Justin. Gives me a place to start. Although, there were othr issues within this system that had to do with user settings. If it comes up again, Ill look into this. Thanks. Pat, Your supposed to be on vacation...;) we should look into lunch again, I have some info for you. :D
-
Hey Mike. Alas, this is where the value of paying a consultant to help you implement (correctly) would have come in handy. I am not a consultant, but I can tell you from practical personal pain, that it's well worth the money to implement correctly upfront rather than try to go back and clean it up later! Ask Ray Tetlow of…

Wow, I think I spoke to soon. I am unable to save a transaction in this system now, I get an error saying 'items you have requested have been deleted since you retreived the form'. This is not good. It used to be intermiant, now it is all the time. Need a bit of help here.....
-
The scripting in the source code is not picking up the correct value, it is redirecting to the wrong figure. Thats how, I think.
-
Thanks for getting this fixed guys. Much appreciated. Angela
-
This was dated 7-18, 3pm ish. Hi Angela, We are running a process overnight tonight whch should normalize your quantity on hand numbers. We'll check tomorrow morning and make sure that things go as expected, and then run a fix for your quantity on order numbers (the problems are actually not tightly linked, and we have to…
-
Hulio, Actually, this is not what I was referring to. The issue I have is much more severe, having to do with the on hand quantity itself. The on order quantity issue has been resolved, but even that was not the same as your issue, as the qty to order numbers were displaying negative numbers.
-
Michael, you are my hero. Thanks, it is appreciated more than you know. NS came through again. I love you guys. ;) Looking forward to testing it.
-
Andrew, This is caused by impropoer calculations on the worksheet. I would suggest you contact support and attach yourself to my case # below. Once I got their attention, they fixed it pretty quickly. Let me know if I can help.
-
sure, although they are easily identifiable in the screen shots I provided. 102214 is way out of whack. Here are some others that are producing convoluted data: 100007 100017 100018 100141 100433 100756 101196 101605 100016 100098 100118 101186 101423

Hi Angela, When case 593385 was filed, the account was on 11.0.6. Are you describing the same problem as in that case or are you seeing a new problem as a result of this account being upgraded to 2007.0 on Friday? Thanks Ken If this account was upgraded on friday, then I would presume that the problem existed previously.…
-
Andrew, If, by chance, the actual count was saved inexcel format, pull a physical inventor worksheet dated the day after the inventory adjustment worksheets, compare them, and the corrupted ones should jump out at you.
-
Ken, Is there at least a way to reset the negative on order quantity back to zero? If so, we can a)fix those manually, and b) deal with the other variences in on hand quantity when they come up.
-
ROFL- don't they just rock sometimes??? glad to hear it's fixed!
-
Ken, A handy little tidbit of information to know-even though there are several locations, only one had a physical count done.
-
Is there any way I can find out if anyone is doing anything about this? I am tying to hold of calling support for an update, but not hearing anything is concerning me.
-
Thanks, Andrew, but that was one of the first things I tried. I am beating myself up here, as I can't believe I didn't catch this before the upgrade. The original reported problem was the on order quantities, so it wasn't until yesterday morning that this jumped out at me. I can't be certain what version did this, thats a…
-
ahh, then my apologies. I misunderstood your intent. I do believe he is one and the same. 'Our' Evan is also the CTO. He is also a human, who tries to see his baby through our eyes, (at least I think thats what he is doing) I hope they don't delete your post, as I may have overreacted a bit- it is a valid question, and…

Just wondering if anyone else here has read this article - NetSuite IPO Filing Reveals Vulnerabilities. Here's one thing (if it's true) that's mentioned in the article that concerns me, "Perhaps the biggest concern: NetSuite supports all of its 5,300 customers on one data center, and that data center sits atop a…
-
Hi Mark, Yes, many of us are familiar with expense reporting. I am a bit confused as to what your actual questions are, however. Tracking employee travel time as well as reimbursable expenses involves a bit more than simple expense reports. What is it, specifically, that is creating a challenge?
-
Good Morning Michael, Is there someone who can give me a call this morning. I am looking at this system, and I am highly concerned about what I am seeing. If I should call in, not a problem, just give me a direction to go, and I am there. Edit- I am on hold in the queue in regards to this.
-
Mine says 'Check' Sion. Do I dare make a joke about how you misspell check to begin with? Maybe they should change it to 'Correct spelling in text area as you type' :D
-
Even a large earthquake could not take out our data center. A nuke could do it. However all data is moved off site daily so even in that case we could recover in a matter of days. However, if the nuke also takes out the entire NetSuite headquarters including me, I have to tell you, all bets are off! It might be at least a…
-
OK, perhaps I am misunderstanding something here, but I have left messages with support yesterday, and many times previously, regarding this issue. I saw the attempts made to fix this, and I see that the on order quantities look better. However, the on order quantities were not an actual S1 level, the on hand quantities…

I think they must've done the equivalent of 'Find and Replace all' on the word check in the UK version and just went toooo far!! I can't wait for NetSuite to release the ESP module... Apparently, it just knows what you want to type... However, it needs to be used in conjunction with the Discretion module which will filter…
