Re: Allow Cross-Subsidiary: Not all Sales Reps visible
Thank you, @CDuf. Glad to see you here! ?
@Dirk Nieuwkamp, can you please check in your Employee 1 & 3 records if there is a Classification set?
Navigate to your Sales Account Manager role > Restrictions tab. Is there anything in the list?
Re: can not edit bill payment (vendor payment) after aproval, but I can do this for customer payment
Hello @Amjad Kasem
You can able to edit the bill payments after posting if approval routing is not enabled for Vendor payment.
Pls, check Setup-Accounting-Accounting Preferences(Setup Accounting) - Approval Routing tab.
Without this preference system will allow us to edit the transactions:
If it's enabled already, you cant edit the vendor payment transactions since it's already posted or associated with bill transactions.
Re: Solve the difference between balance in base currency and foreign currency
Hi @Amjad Kasem,
Apologies for this limitation.
However, I was able to find a possible workaround in your scenario, in which we should apply the other journal entry via Accepting Payment:
Using my example above:
1.) I have deleted the Currency Revaluation earlier (this can also be done without deleting too, since it is reversed at the first period)
2.) Navigate to Transactions > Customers > Accept Customer Payment
3.) Select your Customer and Currency
4.) Create Customer Payment
Go to Invoices Subtab and click apply checkbox beside the Journal/s:
Go to Credits subtab and click apply:
5.) Click Save
RESULTS
If you check the related records of the Debit Journal/s you will be able to see currency revaluation and applying JE:
When checking the Currency Revaluation, you will now be able to check the Realized Gain/Loss transaction which is not reversed next period:
Upon checking, the results will zero-out the A/R aging report, as observed in my test account, and no Unrealized Gain/Loss will be Generated.
Per checking it was zeroed out in the Account Register and the Journal Entry was marked paid:
Please do test first in your Sandbox Account ?

Re: Expose Today's Date in Dataset Formula in SuiteAnalytics Workbook
I was able to create a formula to calculate the days since a date field value by doing this:
TO_DATE(TO_CHAR(CURRENT_DATE,'MM-DD-YYYY'))-{hiredate}

Re: Google Analytics 4 - GA4
Hi @MJ NCO,
One of the possible reason why you cannot find any internal articles related to GA4 is due to the fact that it is currently not supported in SuiteCommerce/SuiteCommerce Advanced tracked on Enhancement #606462.
On the other hand, I tried to look for external reference that may be helpful to use GA4 through GTM: https://searchengineland.com/how-to-set-up-google-analytics-4-using-google-tag-manager-374584
I hope this is helpful for you. Kindly let us know.

Hello @Vernita
Recently I have posted the example use of CTA in the Balance sheet. Hopefully, it will be helpful to your concern.
Re: Is it possible to delete Revenue Plans in bulk?
Hi @CDuf thank you for the insights!
Currently, the ability to mass delete the Revenue Plans via the UI is unavailable.
You may do it one by one or via script
- Go to Lists > Accounting > Revenue Recognition Plans (Administrator) or open the Revenue Arrangement record and click the actual revenue plan.
- Click Edit on the revenue plan you want to delete.
- Go to Actions list, select Delete.
- Click OK on the prompt to confirm the deletion of the Revenue plan
Via Script using a Suitelet, you may refer to SuiteAnswers ID: 81450 | SuiteScript > Mass Delete > Revenue Process Records. Please take note that NetSuite Support's scripting team does not assist in creating scripts from scratch. Actual creation and testing will still be from your end so it is best that you test first in your Sandbox Account. Our SuiteScript Team can only assist you on errors or issues encountered from the script created.
Thank you ?
Re: Is it possible to delete Revenue Plans in bulk?
I don't know the context but the phrase "delete Revenue plans in bulk" is scary ;)
In order to remove/delete a revenue plan, you first have to delete all the related journals (as you already suggested because yours don't have any) then do to the transaction and change the Rev Rec dates (I don't think changing amounts does it) and NetSuite will "re-assign" a new Revenue plan.
I suppose you could try/test a .csv upload to the "transaction lines" and change the dates on the transaction lines to see if NetSuite will re-assign a new Revenue Plan. theoretically, it should work the same as the UI.

Re: Ability to Show Journal Entry Lines in Financial Reports
Hi @Jeff Pineda,
Currently, this is filed as a system limitation filed under enhancement #209259 Transactions > Financial > Create Amortization Journal Entries: Ability to display the Amortization Schedule Name on Amortization Journals and source it on reports. Currently, you can only use Amortization Saved Search to check for the names.
Apologies for this system limitation. You can vote for this in the SuiteIdeas page.
