The NetSuite Support Community is a collaborative space where members share knowledge and solutions. AI-assisted content may be acceptable when it is accurate, transparent when required, and genuinely helpful. If you believe a post was created using AI and it appears to violate the Community Guidelines for Using AI Tools (for example, it’s misleading, low-quality, spam-like, or unsafe), you can report it for review.
Before You Report
- Review the Community Guidelines for Using AI Tools and confirm the concern is guideline-related (not just writing style).
- Check for context in the thread; sometimes a post looks generic but is still correct and helpful.
- Avoid public accusations or claims you cannot substantiate (e.g. "This is definitely AI").
- Report in the appropriate channel. Public callouts can escalate conflict and discourage participation.
When to Report
- Report a post if it appears to be AI-generated and it may violate guidelines, such as:
Inaccurate or fabricated information presented as fact (e.g., made-up features, scripts, policies, or steps).
- Unsafe or noncompliant guidance, including instructions that could compromise security, privacy, or customer data.
- Misrepresentation (e.g., implying official support statements without basis).
Low-value, generic, or repetitive responses that derail the thread or overwhelm the community.
- Policy violations unrelated to AI (harassment, inappropriate content, etc.).
Note: You do not need to prove content is AI-generated. Report based on suspected guideline violations.

⦁ What guideline you believe may be violated (e.g., misinformation, spam, unsafe guidance).
⦁ The specific part of the post that is problematic (quote a short snippet if helpful).
⦁ Why it could cause harm or confusion (e.g., incorrect configuration steps, security risk).
⦁ Any relevant context (e.g., “Conflicts with official documentation,” “Encourages sharing sensitive data”).
⦁ The link of the thread.
What Happens After You Report
The Community Administrators will review the content and may take action based on the Community Guidelines (e.g., request edits, remove content, issue warnings, or apply account restrictions).
Reports are handled as confidentially as possible. Outcomes may not always be shared, but each report helps maintain quality and safety in the Support Community.
