Summary

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to create a custom role to allow accesses to all intercompany organizations

Content

To assign an intercompany organization to a user, you use the Manage Data Access for Users task from the Setup and Maintenance work area. You need to create assignments for individual intercompany organizations.

Sometimes, a user may need access to data from all intercompany organizations. While such accesses can be granted by assigning every intercompany organization to the user, this process may not be efficient for a large number of intercompany organizations. In addition, if you create a new intercompany organization after the initial implementation, you will need to manually assign the new intercompany organization to the user.
