Can I report on System Entry Date?

Hi all,

Has anyone found a way to report on the actual entry date of an action? The Assignment Creation Date captures the first date the record was created in Oracle and does not change. The Assignment Last Update Date changes if the action row is updated/corrected. I am looking for a date field that displays the date the action was actually entered into Oracle.

For example, in the image below, I cannot see the date the employee's promotion was entered into Oracle. The employee's record was first created on 4/20/18 and the promotion row was last updated on 10/31/18.
