Summary

Getting Internal 500 error in BI

Content

We are updating our usernames to valid organisation usernames after they have been created through Hire process.

We are getting an internal error and the issue has been described in this Doc.

Fusion Applications OBIEE : Renaming Fusion Application Users will result in access issues such as "500 Internal Server Error" or "You are not currently signed in to the Oracle BI Server" (Doc ID 1680558.1)

Has someone experienced that before  and any resolution/workaround. Only happens if user has accessed BI through Old username.
