NIR Priority Infolet is blank.

NIR Priority infolet is blank on PIM workarea.

Hi All,

I have populated need by date and Priority on my NIR in PDH.

Some of the NIR are now past due dates and some are due in 2 weeks and so. The infolets for NIR priority is blank and not showimg me any data for Loe, Medium or High Priority also based on due dates.

Do we need to configure anything else to get these data. Infolets for Required for definition and Pending for Approval are working file as expected, only issue is with Priority NIR infolet.

 

Any help is highly appreciated.
