If I login use Power User account, the process details display 'No data to display' in data management.

Hi guys,

If I using a Power User account login , the process details of data management display 'No data to display' . If I using a Service admin account login , the process details of data management can display all process.  Please see the below picture.

How to set up so that power user can see the process？
