Business Case -

The client will create Work Order and add Resources in the Operation. The Resources instances are defined in the system.

Client wants that the cost of the resource should come from HCM module where they update the rate at the employee level.

As of now, i do not see any integrations. If any cost is changed at HCM module then they want that same to get updated in the Cost management as Resource cost.
