Return Questionnaire Responses to Suppliers

Qualification managers can collect supplier responses from questionnaires sent through initiatives or from the supplier registration questionnaires.

1. Response to questionnaires sent through initiatives.

If the qualification manager would like to return the questionnaire response to the supplier responder due to certain reasons, he can return the response for the questionnaires sent as part of the initiative. This is applicable to initiatives that are created manually or automatically.

2. Response to questionnaires as part of the supplier registration

For the situation where the suppliers respond to the questionnaires as part of supplier onboarding, the questionnaire response can’t be returned to the suppliers separately. If the qualification manager or supplier wants to have the registration questionnaire response returned, the supplier administrator can review the response during registration approval and use the ‘Request to Resubmit’ action to return the whole registration request. Then the supplier can resubmit the registration with the new questionnaire response. Once the registration is approved and the supplier is created, the supplier questionnaire response from the registration can’t be returned.
