For any type of catalog (Local or punch-out): The order in the catalog has to show all ancillary charges, such as taxes, shipping/freight, etc. before the order is released to the vendor.  Many times Project Managers working with government clients need to give their clients the exact amount of the cost of a particular item (service or good).  To get this information, Client have to run these requisitions as non-catalog so that client can get the full quote from the vendor, including all ancillary charges.
