Most detail that a Learning admin can capture for an attempt of a user

Hi there,

I am looking for a hint on what is the most detail a learning admin can get for an attempt of a user.$

I understand that, unlike on other LMSs, there is no way to see where the user has left a SCORM module. But still, there must be a way to get a bit more info on that. I am currently exploring the following workflow.

The goal is to help a user when s/he has an issue with a module. Ideally, I should be able to see the module through her/his eyes.

I have access to My team. There I have only one subordinate but I can actually see all the users in the company and there is a button View Enrollment against each enrollment per person. I can see the course site through the eyes of the user - how many activities has s/he completed, etc. There is no button to actually see the Activities themselves though. Will there be any idea from someone about how I can see a module through the eyes of the user?
