How to customize CPQ login page & Quick Registration Page?

Could you please let me know what all Files(CSS,XSL,JS) I would need to modify if I have to customize the OOB CPQ login and quick registration pages - including adding UI controls(text, check box, button with associated logic)?

For instance - I would like the user accept T&C before he/she can click on the Login button or submitting the quick registration.
