can't login to Oracle cloud

Summary:

Hello,I can't login to my Oracle Cloud account,may deleted some settings in Cloud.Now I can't received reset password email,but lucky I recevied it today and changed but still cant login.I chat with the live chat,they cant help me either,so here i am.Hope you can fix it, Thanks.
