Per the help docs:

You can continue to use the Always Free services in your account for as long as your account remains active. Free accounts remain active and available to you as long as the account has been used within the past 60 days.

In this context, what constitutes "the account has been used"? Does logging into the OCI portal work? Does SSHing into the instance work? Clearly simply accessing the instance via HTTP calls is not sufficient
