Can I do a calculation through personalization?

Summary:

I've exposed a DFF segment (per_asg_attribute_date1) labeled 'Grade Start Date' on the employment info section of the employee spotlight. This field shows the date that the employee started in their current grade. Our HR team would really like to see a calculated value that shows them Time in Grade. This is a field we calculate and display on several reports using the following calculation: ROUND(MONTHS_BETWEEN(sysdate , PER_ASG_ATTRIBUTE_DATE1)/12,1).

I'm not an expert on personalizations, can anyone tell me if it's possible to do this sort of dynamic calculation in a field displayed on the screen? Thanks, Karen
