Use of dynamic URL to run the report on Home page link

We have created a BIP report and used that URL to create a page link on the Fusion Home page. At present, configured using Static URL on the link and it works fine.

The issue is after every P2T, we have to create a sandbox to modify the URL to not point to PROD. There is an option to use Dynamic URL but I'm not sure what to select on the Web Application and Destination fro Web Application.

Did anyone use dynamic URL to execute a BIP report? Please provide me inputs for the same.
