I'd like to have "Enterprise Start Date" added to the Ad Hoc Person Criteria screen ("Add Fields")

Summary:Currently, within the new hire required learning specializations/initiatives that I build/maintain for global new hire enrollments, I use "hire date" as one of the criteria's on the initiative's Ad Hoc Person Criteria screen. This allows us to enroll new hires after a certain date to be enrolled in specializations. As we do more and more legal entity changes or global transfers in HCM, this is causing a problem because the hire date is updated to the date of that action. This causes people who have been here a long time to be enrolled in new hire required training.
