I can not login into my account

Summary: I can't login to my Oracle Cloud account

Content: “Your login attempt failed. The credentials you entered do not match our records.

If you have unsuccessfully attempted to authenticate with this username multiple times your account may be locked out and must be reset via the administrator.

If this is a new user account, please contact your administrator for your temporary password.”

My first idea was that I just forgot my password. I resetted my password, but after that I still couldn't login. So I tried to reset my password again, but this time I didn't get an email with a link to that. I tried it 1-2 times per day from ~27 December but still I wasn't getting new password reset emails.
