Autocomplete Rule Logic - Full time or Part time
Full time or Part time field in the employment side are easily missed by managers when processing. I am looking to create an autocomplete rule to default this field base on their working hours and legal employer.
When processing Changing Work Hours, I would like the Full time or Part time field to default when the hours is changed.
If employee is in Legal Employer 1 and work less than 40 hours, then it should be Part time. Else, Full time.
If employee is in Legal Employer 2 and work less than 37.5 hours, then it should be Part time. Else, Full time.
