Need ability to restrict users from viewing payroll flows submitted by other users

Summary:

Client has requirement that custom role should be able to access only two payroll flows and view only the flows submitted by the user

To achieve this, we have created a custom role with ability to Submit and View payroll flows and created Payroll flow security profile to restrict access to only two flows.

When the role is attached to a user, they can submit only the 2 flows, but able to see flows submitted by other users

Can you please let us know why the user is able to see flows submitted by other users or how can we achieve the requirement?
