Can we put the fraction as the charge under the price list

Summary:

Currently in Oracle, we use the base price as numeric value which gets multiplied with the quantity on the system, is there any functionality on the Oracle pricing engine which allow for the division functionality or if we can put the number in fraction.

Our client would like to use unit fractions (e.g. 1/X, where X=natural number ) as a charge for specific items. we are not able to define this in the price list. Is there any way to use unit fractions as per unit base list price or to use division instead of multiplication for the pricing calculation.
