SFTP stopped loading BAI2 files to Oracle but Manual load works

Summary:

SFTP has files, Process electronic bank statement process ends in warning as no bank statements found but same file load manually, statements uploaded and reconciled. However, process ended warning as opn balance doesn't match with close balance.

Advice what could be root cause.
