Enable PersonID binding variable for per_passports table.

Hi, Is there any way to enable PersonID or Perosn_ID binding variable for the Per_Passports tabel

We have requirements where we want to get the Passport number of an employee's dependent into a table value set. The value set query is attached below.
But I am getting an error "The Bind Variable :{PARAMETER.PERSON_ID} Is Not Valid". Kindly share your thoughts.
