How to set up LD Administrator secured by Area of Responsibility?

It is a business requirement for our Labor Distribution Administrators to only manage labor schedules for people in their Area of Responsibility (AOR).

**Please review the attached document** on our Security Profile setup, Data Role setup, AOR assignment, and test.

The user with the LD Admin role and AOR cannot view any peoples labor schedules within the LD app.

Why is the AOR functionality not working like it does for other roles? We also tried playing around with a potential custom role, but it did not work.
