Job offer work relationship termination is reducing annual leave accrual
Summary:
We went live with ORC in June 2023 and have now got to the point where following the create job offer work relationship being created and the candidate then moving to HR, Processed, the ESS Job - Perform Recruiting Candidate Selection Process Offer Actions has terminated this work relationship after 90 days.
Some employees have reported that their annual leave periodic accrual has reduced and we've tested and found out that once the termination date is added by the above scheduled process, the next accrual calculation automatically reduces the accrual.
Has anyone else come across this? Do we need to stop running the scheduled process to avoid the termination date being added (but I understand it's run to avoid duplicating offers and being sent in error in the future)? Or can we cancel the offer work relationship in any way? This one doesn't come up in a search when searching for the employee. Is there something in the way the calculate accruals process is run that is resulting in the reduction?
