Unable to Import Timecards into Projects

Hi Team,

As per standard process, Created OTL Time Card>Submitted>Approved ( this is eligiible to import time cards hrs to Project costing).

from PPM prespective , Person Rate Scheudles are in place,Organization costing rules in place,etc...

But when running Import Costs process, transactions source : Oracle Time and labor , Im not able to import/view project costs.

In time cards ,it is showing status as not transfered to Project costing.
