Intercompany Transaction User Rate type Selection

User would like to select Conversion User Rate type as "User" while creating the IC Transaction but this option not available. Due to exchange rate difference system won't show the exact amount in IC Transaction. How to overcome this issue if User type not available.

Issue 1: User type not there. How to achieve if user want to enter exchange rate similar to AP/AR, Journal.

Issue 2: If user create IC Transaction other than ledger currency, system is not showing Exchange rate and exchange amount if we enter in Foreign currency. How to achieve this?
