How to define price adjustment based on mode of transport from shipping method?

We have a requirement to have pricing adjustment defined based on mode of transport of shipping method because Customer Service Representative is only aware of mode of transport and based on that they determine pricing at sales order line. Kindly let us know how we can achieve this.
