Summary:

I was able to access Metrics Portal 6 days ago, but yesterday I was unable to log in. kept saying invalid login. I was able to login to MOS, Community though. Is anyone else having issues?

When I hit 'forgot password' it brings me to changing my Oracle account (MOS) pw.

As per Document 1508704.1 Metrics pw cannot have symbols in it, yet Oracle pw requires a symbol.

I did create a new pw, yet same issue because I have to include a symbol.

I submitted a ticket and have been going back and forth all day with them about this with no resolution yet.
