Why Oracle did not create Per_All_Assignments_D View In HCM Cloud

Dear All,

Since we can't create any objects in the Cloud Database like Views, why oracle did not bring one of the most useful HR Assignment view used on the EBS ( Per_All_Assignments_D)

this view is a mazing view has all joins with organization, job, location , grade and positions and many things and has the history.

I recommend Oracle to create that view for HCM Cloud
