Survey Journey - Is it possible to mass assign surveys?

We made an HSDL template to mass assign journeys to people, but we get an error if we try to assign surveys

When we try to use the HSDL template to mass assign journeys, we get the a message error that says that it's impossible to assign a Journey which category is "Survey" via HCM data loader.

Is there another way to mass assign surveys with HSDL?
